Responding to Urgent Health Matters

Recently Vallary, one of the children of Upendo, had an urgent medical need. She suffered from a growth on one of her fingers that needed to be removed. Some friends of Upendo answered the call and provided the money for her consultation, surgery, medicine and hospital stay. After the surgery, it appeared that she would have a long recuperation and need to stay in the hospital, as she had lost a lot of blood. But after many prayed, miraculously she improved and was able to be released. We are so thankful for those who responded to her need! If you are interested in helping with the health needs of the children of Upendo, we are starting a health fund which will be used specifically for that purpose. Currently we have another child, Jackson, in need of assistance.
